Day 1: Welcome to Mumbai

Upon your arrival at Mumbai’s International Airport, our courteous team will assist you through customs and immigration procedures. Once you’ve collected your baggage, our representative will greet you warmly and accompany you to your hotel. You’ll spend the night in Mumbai.

Day 2: Mumbai Exploration

After delightful breakfast, you’ll set out to explore Mumbai starting with the iconic Gateway of India. From there, you’ll embark on an intriguing excursion to the Elephanta Caves, situated on an island in the Sea of Oman. Returning to Mumbai, you’ll visit renowned landmarks such as the Prince of Wales Museum, Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, Mani Bhawan, Jain Temple, Hanging Gardens, bustling Crawford Market, and even pass by the majestic Haji Ali, the tomb of a prosperous Muslim merchant. Your tour will conclude at Dhobi Ghat, the world’s largest open-air laundry. You’ll spend the night at your hotel.

Day 3: Mumbai to Pench via Nagpur (by Road)

Following a satisfying breakfast, you’ll head to the airport for your flight to Nagpur. Upon arrival, you’ll enjoy a brief tour of Nagpur, visiting the 600-year-old Ram temple, the beautifully sculpted Jain temple, and the Deekshabhoomi, an important Buddhist pilgrimage site featuring a grand stupa. Afterward, you’ll continue your journey to Pench, covering around 75 kilometers in about two hours. You’ll check in at your hotel in Pench, where you’ll have lunch and dinner and spend the night.

Day 4: Pench Wildlife Experience

We’ve prepared a thrilling day with both morning and evening game drives. You’ll have opportunities to spot wildlife in the open spaces along the roadsides, near riverbanks, and reservoirs. Look out for Cheetal, Sambar, Nilgai, Jackals, and packs of wild dogs in search of food. You might also encounter herds of gaur near streams and bamboo patches. Sloth bears may be spotted on hilly, rocky outcrops, while langurs are commonly seen, and Rhesus monkeys occasionally make appearances. Pench National Park hosts over 210 bird species, including migratory ones. You’ll enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and an overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 5: Pench to Kanha National Park (by Road) (205 Kms. / 4 Hrs.)

After a hearty breakfast, you’ll embark on a road trip to Kanha National Park, approximately 205 kilometers away, which will take about four hours. Kanha National Park is renowned for its status as a tiger reserve and the vast area it covers, extending over 940 square kilometers. Upon arrival in Kanha, you’ll check in at a comfortable resort and enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure. You’ll have lunch, dinner, and spend the night at the resort.

Day 6: Kanha Wildlife Experience

You’ll experience both morning and evening game drives in the park, allowing you to spot tigers and other wildlife. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and an overnight stay are all included in your resort accommodations.

Day 7: Kanha to Bandhavgarh (by Road) (265 Kms. / 5 Hrs.)

After breakfast, you’ll embark on a picturesque journey to Bandhavgarh National Park, located among the Vindhya hills of Madhya Pradesh, covering an area of 437 square kilometers. The drive will take approximately five hours to cover around 265 kilometers. You’ll be well-fed with lunch, dinner, and an overnight stay at your hotel.

This drive will take approximately five hours to cover around 275 kilometers. Upon arrival, you’ll check in at your hotel, savoring lunch, dinner, and a restful night’s stay.

Day 10: Panna to Khajuraho (by Road)

Start your day with an invigorating morning game drive to witness the wildlife in Panna National Park. After breakfast, you’ll continue your journey to Khajuraho. Upon arrival, you’ll check in at your hotel. In the afternoon, you’ll explore the famous Khajuraho Group of Monuments, known for their exquisite balance of architecture and sculpture. Day 11: Khajuraho to Agra (by Road) & (by Train)

Following breakfast, we’ll drive to Orchha (160 kilometers in approximately 4 hours), a captivating mediaeval fortress-city along the Betwa River. From Orchha, you’ll travel to Jhansi Railway Station to board an express train to Agra. Once you’ve arrived in Agra, you’ll check in at your hotel, and the night will be spent there.

Day 12: Agra Exploration

After breakfast, you’ll visit one of the most renowned wonders of the world, the Taj Mahal. Later, you’ll explore the historic Agra Fort, a formidable fortress made of red sandstone that once housed the Mughal rulers. Your overnight stay will be in Agra.

After breakfast, you’ll embark on a scenic drive to Delhi. Upon arrival, you’ll check in at your hotel. The day is free for leisure activities, and you’ll spend the night at the hotel.

Cancellation and Refunds Policies

  • In the event of cancellation, Traveler should notify Lotus of India in writing at – least 60 days prior to travel.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made after paid booking before the experience’s start date / time will be subject to modification fees.
  • If the experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
