Itinerary

1

Day 01: Arrival Delhi ( By Flight)

Arrival at Delhi Airport, our representative will meet you at the EXIT of the arrival terminal building, post which you will be transferred to hotel. Overnight stay is at hotel.

Day 02: Delhi –Jaipur (265 Kms/ 5Hrs.)

Post breakfast pick up from your hotel and drive to Jaipur. Upon arrival check in at hotel and have lunch. After lunch proceed for sightseeing of Jaigarh Fort & Nahargarh Fort.
Jaigarh Fort is the world’s largest cannon on the wheels called ‘Jaivana Cannon. It was the storehouse of all the war Amours, Cannons, Arms and Ammunitions. Nahargarh Fort has a strong defence ring and marvelous panoramic view of the Jaipur City & Memorable Sunset from Walls of the Nahargarh Fort with Hi-Tea & Snacks.
After sunset back to the city and on the way visit Jal Mahal (Water Palace) and photo stop in front.
Evening you can visit old Jaipur pink city & market.
Dinner & Overnight stay is at hotel.

Day 03: Jaipur

Post breakfast proceed for sightseeing visiting Amer Fort, the ancient capital of Jaipur state construction of the Fort Palace was constructed in 1652 by Raja Mansingh and it was later extended & completed by the Jai Singh before the move to Jaipur. Ride to the top by jeep ride or Enjoy Elephant Ride as per choice.
Jal Mahal- on the way to Amer, this small palace is set in the middle of Man Sagar Lake.
Late afternoon proceed to visit Hawa Mahal (Palaces of the Wind)-a beautiful pink color building having many small windows from where the Royal Ladies watched the annual procession of kingdom. The tourist can take photograph from outside only. After lunch we will drive pass Albert Hall take picture, the City Palace, a complex of exquisite palaces, gardens and courtyards, decorative art and carved doorways. The palace museum houses collections of rare manuscripts, armory, costumes, carpets and miniature paintings. Jantar Mantar is the most famous of five observatories built by Sawai Jai Singh in India. Jai Singh was a great admirer of progresses and research made in the fields of science and technology, but he was passionate about astronomy. He sent his emissaries to all parts of the world before commencing the construction of this observatory.
Late proceed to visit Birla Temple (Laxmi Narayan Temple) – is situated just below the Motinagri, known for the intricate marble carvings in white marble, popularly known as Birla Temple.
Evening is free for leisure or visit local markets.

Day 04: Jaipur-Abhaneri-Fatehpur Sikri-Agra (260Kms/6Hrs)

Post breakfast drive to Agra and en-route visit the Abhaneri, a small village 95-km ahead of Jaipur and is famous for its step well known as the Chand Baori- one of the deepest largest step-wells in India.
Lunch on midway, then continue drive to Agra and visit deserted citadel Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri- the deserted red sandstone city, built by the Great Mughal Emperor Akbar as his capital and palace in the late 16th century. Fatehpur Sikri (the City of Victory) was the capital of the Mughal Empire for only some 10 years. It was abandoned soon after it was built when the local wells went dry and it remains today in much the same condition that it was over 300 years ago.  It is complete with palaces and mosques and used to be a town larger than London when it was originally constructed. Visit the Panch Mahal, Diwan-i-Khas, Diwan-i-Aam, Jama Masjid & Buland Darwaja.

Day 05: Agra

Agra is home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Taj Mahal, and any trip to Agra is incomplete without visiting the Taj Mahal. Shah Jahan built the Taj Mahal as a mausoleum for his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal. The Taj Mahal showcases the Persian and Mughal styles of architecture. The structure of the tomb has a central marble dome surrounded by smaller domes and four white-marble minarets. The walls of the Taj Mahal are adorned with Arabic and Islamic calligraphy, plant motifs and calligraphy of Persian poems, marble lattices, and reflective tiles.
After witnessing one of the Seven Wonders of the World, head to Agra Fort, Build by Emperor Akbar on the west bank of the river Yamuna and beautified with palaces and gardens by Jahangir, Agra Fort today dominates the centre of the city. The crescent-shaped fort with its 20-metre high, 2.4 km outer walls contains a maze of buildings that form a small city within a city. One can enter the fort only through the Amar Singh Gate. It was here that Shahjahan breathed his last after seven years of imprisonment.
Evening is free or visit Handicraft & Textile Industry and then visit Govt approve shops for souvenirs or gifts for friend or family, Agra is known for its fabulous marble-made handicrafts and soft stone inlay work.

Day 06: Agra – Delhi (210 Kms/4Hrs)

After breakfast drive to Delhi, on arrival transfer to hotel and check in. Later transfer to local restaurant and have lunch.
After lunch visit India Gate- at the centre of the city (42 meter, high stone arch) is a memorial built in honors of the Indian soldiers who fought & died in the campaign of world war-1 & Afghan war, next drive pass to President House & Parliament House.
Later on visit Akshardham Temple (Closed on Monday), is one of the most attractive and tourist visiting place in India. It is the World’s Largest Comprehensive Hindu Temple that has been recorded in the Guinness world record. The temple is also known as Swaminarayan Akshardham.  The beautiful temple was built in the year 2005 that was

officially opened on 6th November and is located near the bank of the river Yamuna. The temple portrayed the stories of Great Indian Epics namely ‘The Mahabharata’ and ‘The Ramayana’ where some structures of Hindu gods and goddesses are depicted on the walls of the Temple reflecting the spirituality of ancient India. Main Tourist Attractions of Akshardham Temple is Exhibitions Halls, Musical fountain/ Water Show and Lightings, Lotus Garden and Time Duration around 4 Hrs Tentative.

Day 07: Delhi

Post breakfast full day city tour of Delhi.
Enjoy unique yet fascinating experience of Old Delhi. You will visit Jama Masjid – the largest mosque of Asia, followed by a private tricycle rickshaw ride through the lanes of Chandni Chowk, also known as Silver Street.

Next we shall drive past the mighty Red Fort, built by the Emperor Shah Jahan – the builder of Taj Mahal. Conclude the tour of Old Delhi with homage to the father of the nation – Mahatma Gandhi at Raj Ghat – the memorial.
After lunch discovery of New Delhi starts with visit to Qutub Minar which is Delhi’s Eiffel Tower, its Statue of Liberty and Nelson’s Column. Visit the mosques, mausoleums and ruins of forts that lie around it. Continue onto Humayun’s Tomb set in beautiful gardens. This Mughal creation popularized Persian-influenced architecture was an inspiration for the Taj Mahal. Continue visit Lotus Temple, is famous for its elegant lotus-shaped architecture that has welcomed more than 70 million worshipers since it opened in 1986.

Day 08: Delhi – Dehradun (By flight) – Rishikesh (45 Kms/1.15 Hrs.)

Morning after breakfast transfer to Delhi Airport to take flight for Dehradun, on arrival at airport, pick up and drive to Rishikesh.
Rishikesh located in the laps of lower Himalayas, and is surrounded by scenic beauty of the hills on three sides with Holy Ganga flowing through it. The whole place is considered to be sacred as it is believed that meditation at this place leads to attainment of salvation. There are many temples-some ancient, some new along the river Ganges. Rishikesh is important not only as pilgrimage center closely associated with the Ramayana, but also as home for many important centers of Hindu religious thought and spirituality, and as a very great Yoga Centre. There are a great many ashrams and Yoga institutes here. Rishikesh is also the gateway and the start-off point for journeys to important religious places like Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri.

Day 09: Rishikesh

Full day enjoy Yoga activity at Ashram.
Rishikesh is also acquiring greater significance as a center for white water rafting, other revering sports, a base for treks and hikes in the beautiful Garhwal Himalayas.
Rishikesh is an ideal destination not only for pilgrims but also for those who want to delve deeper into meditation, Yoga and other aspects of Hinduism. For the adventurous, Rishikesh is the place for starting their trekking expeditions and excursions towards the Himalayan peaks. The International Yoga week, which attracts participation from all across the world, is held here every year from 2nd to 7th Feb on the bank of Ganga River.

Day 10: Rishikesh

Full day enjoy Yoga activity at Ashram or sightseeing of Rishikesh.

Ram–Laxman Jhula: Legends state that Lord Rama did penance here for killing Ravana, the demon king of Lanka; and Lakshman, his younger brother, crossed the river Ganges, at a point, where the present ‘Lakshman Jhula’ bridge stands today, using a jute rope bridge. The jute-rope bridge was replaced by iron-rope suspension bridge in 1889, and after it was washed away in the 1924 floods, it was replaced by a stronger present bridge.
There are several ancient temples and ashrams in Rishikesh associated with Indian mythological and historical background. It is also believed that a dip in the holy water of Ganges flowing from the river beaches of Rishikesh is capable of washing all the sins of a person.

Cancellation and Refunds Policies
