Day 1: Welcome to Mumbai
As you touch down at Mumbai’s International Airport, your journey begins on a delightful note. After smoothly completing customs, immigration formalities, and collecting your luggage, our representative will be there to welcome you. Day 2: Mumbai Exploration
Following a scrumptious breakfast, you’ll set off to discover the highlights of Mumbai. Your exploration begins at the iconic Gateway of India, a symbol of the city’s grandeur. From here, you’ll embark on an exciting excursion to the Elephanta Caves, located on an island in the Sea of Oman. After returning to Mumbai by motor launch, you’ll visit the Prince of Wales Museum, Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, Mani Bhawan, the Jain Temple. Hanging Gardens, Bustling Crawford Market, and have a drive-by viewing of Haji Ali, the tomb of a prosperous Muslim merchant. The tour concludes at Dhobi Ghat, the world’s largest outdoor laundry. You’ll spend the night in comfort at your hotel.

Day 3: Mumbai to Nagpur (by Flight) + Drive to Pench
After a fulfilling breakfast, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your flight to Nagpur. Upon arrival, you’ll embark on a short tour of Nagpur. You’ll visit the 600-year-old Ram Temple, the Jain Temple with its exquisite carvings and sculptures, and Deekshabhoomi, a significant Buddhist pilgrimage center housing a grand stupa. Later, you’ll continue your journey with a drive to Pench, covering approximately 75 kilometers in 2 hours. You’ll check in at the hotel and enjoy lunch, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Pench Wildlife Exploration
This day brings you the excitement of morning and evening game drives in Pench National Park. In this park, you’ll have the opportunity to spot animals like Bengal Tiger, Cheetal, Sambar, and Nilgai grazing in open areas, Jackals, and packs of wild dogs searching for food, herds of gaur near streams and bamboo patches, sloth bears occupying rocky outcrops, and common langurs while Rhesus monkeys might make an occasional appearance. Pench National Park is also home to over 210 bird species, including several migratory ones. You’ll enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Pench to Kanha (by Road) (205Kms. / 4Hrs.)
Following breakfast, you’ll proceed to Kanha National Park, a drive covering approximately 205 kilometers in 4 hours. Kanha is the place famously depicted in Rudyard Kipling’s “The Jungle Book.” The park, extending over 940 square kilometers, is a renowned tiger reserve. Upon reaching Kanha National Park, you’ll check in at the resort, and the rest of the day is yours to relax. You’ll enjoy lunch, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 6: Kanha Wildlife Adventures
Your day begins with thrilling morning and evening game drives into the park, offering opportunities for tiger and other wildlife sightings. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and an overnight stay are provided at the hotel.

Day 7: Kanha to Bandhavgarh (By Road) (265 kms. / 5hrs)
Post breakfast, you’ll drive to Bandhavgarh National Park, a journey covering around 265 kilometers and taking approximately 5 hours. Set amidst the Vindhya hills, Bandhavgarh National Park covers 437 square kilometers and boasts a high density of game, including a significant tiger population. You’ll have lunch, dinner, and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 8: Bandhavgarh Wildlife Quest
Another day filled with morning and evening game drives in Bandhavgarh National Park awaits you. The park is known for its excellent habitat for tigers and holds the highest density of tigers globally. You’ll enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 9: Bandhavgarh to Panna National park (by Road) (275 Kms. /5Hrs.)
After breakfast, you’ll embark on a drive to Panna National Park, covering approximately 275 kilometers in 5 hours. Panna National Park is home to some of India’s finest wildlife and is renowned as one of the country’s most famous tiger reserves. After arriving, you’ll check in at the hotel and head out for an evening game drive. You’ll enjoy lunch, dinner, and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10: Panna National Park to Khajuraho (by Road)
You’ll start your day with a morning game drive to spot wildlife in the park. After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll proceed to Khajuraho. Upon arrival, you’ll check in at the hotel and then explore the Khajuraho Group of Monuments. These temples were built during the Chandela dynasty between 950 and 1050. Today, around 20 temples remain, representing Hinduism and Jainism. Adorned with an abundance of sculptures, these temples are masterpieces of Indian art. Your overnight stay is at the hotel.

Day 11: Khajuraho to Delhi (by Flight)
Following breakfast, you’ll transfer to Khajuraho airport for your flight to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, you’ll check in at the hotel and spend a relaxing night.

Day 12: Delhi Exploration
Post breakfast, you’ll embark on a guided city tour of both Old and New Delhi. You’ll visit Raj Ghat, the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi, and the impressive Jama Mosque, the largest mosque in India. A cycle-rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk, a drive past the historic Red Fort, and a guided tour of New Delhi await you. The latter includes visits to Qutab Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, a photo stop at India Gate, and a drive past Parliament House, President House, and Government Buildings. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours after booking payment.
In the event of cancellation, Traveler should notify Lotus of India in writing at – least 60 days prior to travel.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made after paid booking before the experience’s start date / time will be subject to modification fees.
If the experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Traveling solo traveler and prefer the privacy of your own room, a supplement will be applied to the price of your trip. The cost will depend on your trip and is available on request. We will accommodate you with a fellow guest of the same gender, on a twin-bed basis. Please note that room shares are not valid on all trips.

We recommend bringing at least one credit card plus an ATM card. Try to avoid carrying euro notes larger than €100, as merchants may be hesitant to accept them due to counterfeiting. Limited currency exchange available at all major hotels have exchange facilities. Travelers Checks are not recommended. It’s always a good idea to let your credit card issuer and bank know of your plans to travel abroad so they can expect foreign transactions on your account.
All tour deposits are non-refundable. However, we do offer deposit protection within our company, which means your tour only base deposit can be used toward a future Lotus of India, Lotus of Asia, or Travelonica, a sister tour brands holiday within the next year ( 12 months ).
If your booking is confirmed you will have received an invoice shortly after booking both for tour deposits, and for tours where you’ve paid in full. Please always check your junk, spam, or promotions folder. If any additions and changes to your booking, including any payments made, we will send you an updated invoice.
